Useful switches...
-h Hidden Mode: Hides Idle Monitor from System Tray and Taskbar.
-m Minimized Mode: Starts Idle monitor in the System Tray.

Note: when idle monitor is in hidden mode, you can show the program by simply
double clicking the IdleMon.exe file located in "C:\Program Files\Idle Monitor" folder,
or by double clicking your start menu or desktop shortcut.
